Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. We are always trying our best to provide the fastest shipping service possible. All orders will be arranged for shipment in 24 hours after we confirm your payment.
For International deliveries, depending on your country of delivery, your order may take five (5) to fourteen (14) working days to reach you.
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, a Shipment Notification with a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can track your package online.
For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the shipping address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception.

As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. You can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or alternatively, amend your delivery address.
The shipping and handling cost depends on your order . The shipping cost will be calculated during checkout process.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.
